What to say about this company? First of all, I'm not the type of person who usually recommends services to other people. But I am very satisfied with the services provided by Unique Flooring. Unfortunately, at the very beginning, I got another company that was a little cheaper than Unique Flooring to install my LVT flooring and I ended up having several issues (they didn't level the floor properly before installing the tiles, there were gaps everywhere and the layout was just terrible, they also used incorrect trim and beams) I can now tell they weren't skilled enough to work with LVTs. And as a result I paid a lot of money to have nothing but headaches. In short, it was a nightmare. So, I decided to look for a suitable company to help me and went back to Unique Flooring because I really needed specialists. Then Keith came to see if he could help me, during the assessment he showed me other problems that I was not even aware of..., such as kitchen cabinets being cut the wrong way, causing me other cabinet alignment problems, etc... The good part is that they accepted the challenge of solving my problems as they have the knowledge and experience to solve ANY PROBLEM related to floors...seriously, I'm telling you this because I've had them all. Furthermore, their availability was also perfect, a few days after the evaluation Keith sent an incredible professional called Ian to work at my house. Then they fixed everything, the service provided was excellent, fast, clean and beautiful... all the finishing was in place. You can't believe the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. + I am sure that whoever hires their services will feel the same way I felt, you are not just another client, they help you achieve the home of your dreams, in addition to treating you well, they really listen to you, understand your concerns and do the best they can.
