Bad service

We flew from OR Tambo to Newark. Flight was delayed by 2 hours, the food was tasteless. We were served rice and beans. When we asked for coffee with a milk alternative( soy or almond) the air hostesses told us this is not Starbucks. A plus is the flights were not full we had a row to ourselves and could sleep. Next time I would pay a little extra and book on another airline not United again.
