VoIP System Never Worked, Terrible Support

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I have had with a company.

It took over one month just to set up the VoIP line, and even after all that time the system still does not work properly. The voicemail and recordings are completely unusable — the recorded messages sound like a distorted robot voice and are impossible to understand.

To make matters worse, you cannot configure the PABX yourself. The setup and configuration must be uploaded by their support team, which means you are completely dependent on them even for basic changes. Unfortunately, support has been extremely slow and largely unresponsive, leaving us with a system that simply does not function.

After weeks of trying to get this resolved, we have decided to move our phone service to another VoIP provider. The entire experience has cost us valuable time, effort, and negatively impacted our business.

Another thing customers should be very careful about: although the service is presented as month-to-month, there is a hidden 3-month cancellation clause in the contract. This means even if the system doesn’t work, you may still be forced to pay for additional months just to cancel.

Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I would strongly recommend choosing another provider. This has been one of the worst companies I have dealt with.
