Fraudsters don't give them any documents

This company is actually i talk they are fraudsters and I am a victim, they claim that I'm not on their systems as employed but the labour department, sassa and sars confirmed that I have been working for them since last year the 1st of August 2021 I went for a interview on the 23rd of august 2021 signed a contact and they never phone me back, I found of from the labour departement that I was employed by them and now I can't receive the R350 moneys
