Reckless driving by the driver of this company & false promise of taking responsibility for accident caused by the driver
This bus company transport Shembe congregants to KZN every year in January but one of their drivers knocked me last year 2025 in January and promised that his company will take full responsibility as he was the one at fault causing collusion but until today in 2026, my insurance company has been trying to reach them to settle the costs with no luck, I gave all the details of the driver but until to date there’s no positive outcome. I trust that the congregants are careful of using same bus company for their safety.

On the 21st September 2024 I was at the funeral of a family friend in Orlando West, Soweto, Holy Cross Church. A Mega Buss owned by Unitrans bumped my car parked on the pavement off the road. I have been asked for all sorts of information which I provided and it has cost me a couple of thousands and some leave days and I am still not paid a month and a half later. I was promised by Unitrans that I should not worry they will settle my claim. It has been escalated to their claims department but nor responses to emails I have sent.

Companies who take chances.
This company truck bump my car on the 10 November 2023 at 1 Jake's Gerwal road Goodwood. My insurance didn't pay because my access fee was less than the cost of the car damage. They advise me to call unitrans. I called them and email them with no luck. They told me the case is under investigations till now. I would like to ask anyone who can help on tjis situation please .I need my car to be fixed. I have a case number and the ID nos of the driver and number plate of the truck.

Hello Peter . I need help ,ON THE 10 OF NOVEMBER 2023 , I was bumped by the hazard truck with a gas on it.at the back of my car. The name of the company is unintrans MY INSURANCE SAID THE AMOUNT OF THE CAR TO BE FIXED IS LESS THAN MY ACCESS FEE SO I MUST CONTACT ,THE COMPANY WHO BUMPED MY CAR ,I DID THAT WITH NO LUCK , ITS ALMOST A YEAR NOW , THEY WERE TELLING ME IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATIONS TILL TODAY..the number plate of CAA 332-653 ,I VE ALL THE DOCUMENTS , AND CASE NUMBER. IVE BEEN CALLING THE COMPANY TILL NOW. I DONT KNOW IF THEY TAKING CHANCE BECAUSE IAM A WOMAN PLEASE HELP. IF YPU NEED DOCUMENTS I HAVE THEM ALL ,EVEN TRUCK DRIVERS LICENCE.

Atrocious service
There's nothing lower than 1star, what an atrocious service they offer. Travelled with them last week Tuesday and there was a 5 hour delay. Today on the 28/04/2023 same problem as last time. What happened to the premium service we used to have. I know profit is everything but atleast get people where they wanna go in time. I'll be arriving in JHB probably after 10 pm. Now I need to organise transport to get home . I know this will fall on deaf ears. Your service is equivalent to .....

PAYROLL Keeping me hostage from submitting my tax return to SARS
I have a tax return that I have to complete but the payroll department is keeping my tax return hostage for months now by ignoring my requests to update tax DIRECTIVEs and values to match what is loaded on SARS. They keep moving the buck blaming departments when it's one person Zandi who refuses to answer my emails or to accept a call to rectify the issue. Zandi at payroll

Poor Client Service
Called in on 011 869 84 00 to apply for a vacancy, was told to apply online, advised reception i tried logging on and also tried forgot password nothing works, said she will transfer me - waited on call it eventually cut called back twice reception didn`t answer as she knew it was same person, i would like them to contact me with an email address to apply for the POD clerk post. I am also looking for a vacancy as i finished my Business Administration Certificate.

Unitrans Mokopane Vw they damaged my car now they don't want to take responsibility, they say i must pay for repairing damege.
