I was ****med by unlimited sneakers

I bought my sneakers 12 days ago the policy said they will be delivered within 3 to 7 days even today I haven't received them I contacted them and they giving me stories even when I ask for my refund now my child will spend Christmas with out shoes nd when I try calling them it says the number doesn't exist
