Great service and great products
The speed of service was special. Paid today and delivered tomorrow in KZN. The garage door switched was easy to install and it works efficiently via the app. Thanks for excellent service. Keep up the good work.

Very Poor Aftermarket Service
I purchased a smart geyser switch from this company and the experience has been nothing short of painful and very costly for me. The switch is supposed to keep my geyser on a time switch using WIFI. The switch has been faulty from the first week of purchase and the team at Untamed having been giving me the run around for months now. I call them and ask for a replacement and they keep saying it is in transit. Since the 10th of July they keep saying it is in transit but that is all. They respond with smoke and mirror answers. The owner is quite active on Tik Tok selling smart home solutions but they have no regard that they sold a defective product and have no desire to replace my faulty unit. I wake up to no hot water because the unit simply does not work they way it is supposed too. If you are going to sell smart solutions then ensure it is exactly that. They are rude and arrogant individuals who take offence to someone who calls them out on their poor service.

Always a pleasure dealing with Untamed Tech. They have the best prices on Sonoff smart devices and delivery is super quick. I have spent thousands with them and will probably spend thousands more... Thanks for always providing exceptional service!

Processes are quick and seamless, owner takes a personal interest with follow up email and a responsive Whatsapp Platform. Bought this " SONOFF L3 RGB Smart LED Strip Lights 5M " and it works as promised. Well done

Untamed Technologies is an excellent company for anything home automation, home entertainment and much more. I bought a Sonoff Gate & Garage Automation WiFi Switch/Relay. Firstly their prices are unbelievable. So much so I initially thought it might be too good to be true, but to my surprise it wasn’t. They have a vast amount of products. Wynand is extremely knowledgeable. The products work like a charm. I now have installed 3 at my house and I am going to buy more. I have so many new products to still try out. Home automation is an exciting thing at the moment and Untamed Technologies is just the company to help you find your way. Thank you Wynand for your assistance.
