Dont buy from adobe online

Purchased abode software online which offered a 7-day trial period. Had to give them my bank details to get the trial offer, after 3 days I cancelled the offer online but did not print the page. Went to the bank who told me an amount of R725.00 had been reserved, I had no proof of me cancelling the offer so the bank could not reverse the amount. I cancelled my card. Tried to email and phone them spoke to recordings got one reply saying they could offer me 30% discount. I am still getting emails from them trying to access my bank account for another app asking for R438.15, thank goodness I cancelled my card
