Refusal to refund after non-delivery of items
I order 4 dining room chairs in November 2021, by February 2022 they had still not made them. They came back saying the quality of the chairs are not good enough quality and they are not comfortable selling them to me. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It is now 1 June 2022 and I still have not received the full refund. I went to their factory and the staff confirmed that there were many cases such as mine of people who had not received products, of have not received refunds or can’t get hold of the owners.

Bad service and poor quality of re-upholstered furniture from Upholstery and Decor.
Hello, I placed an order for furniture with them in March 2018, paid the full amount a day later and to date I still have outstanding items from them. It took them 3 months to deliver the 1st item and I've to call and drive to their offices in Randburg to enquire what was the hold up as they were not updating me at all. The guy who was in charge of my account Sasheen Sewdial stopped taking my calls or answering messages, so I tried the office but no one can give me a clear indication of when will the rest of the items be delivered. I complained also about the quality of the couch they delivered but I got no response. I'm out of options now. please assist.

Slick Sales-pitch but poor workmanship
Redo couch cushions in new fabric. Company took away the couch and cushions and when it was returned, the cushions did not fit correctly. Took photos to prove bad workmanship and SMS'ed to them. He promised to come the next day, but am still waiting.
