No customer service
Shocking service! Don't respond to what'sapps, don't answer their phone! When I asked a few questions about the cake, I was told to come in and ask all the questions I wanted to know answers to!

Upper crust bakery
Absolutely love the variety of cakes and biscuits at upper crust bakery. Their pies are also absolutely delicious. But they can do better with their burfee cake ,by adding more burfee to it. Other than that they bake absolutely delicious cakes.
