I live and work in Long Street often using the bar area for work and entertaining clients. As a regular I am not sure why I always need to order something, in fact this was the first morning I didn't and had to deal with an arrogant (possibly new manager) who then turned the WiFi off. No amount of trying to introduce myself or speak with her made any difference. When I asked for her superior's number she smugly told me her cousin owns the hotel. There you have it. Don't let the jeans and slip slops fool you dear. What a pity as I really like the hotel, the staff and friendly atmosphere. You killed that. Give you cousin a high five for me.
