Poor Service and Maintenance at Urban Ridge East

I am a new mother who resides at Urban ridge east and i have been having electricity tripping at my apartment from Tuesday and nothing has been done ,this is not safe and fair as i have a small child i need to have electricity all the time and their maintenance procedure is very poor , no one answers the phone and they never look at small problems before they blow up to bigger issues that inconvenience tenants.
