Happy Gamer, Happy Home
The main reason I went with UrbanX was for the gaming benefits for my boyfriend. But honestly, for me, the biggest win is that my Netflix doesn't buffer anymore while he's gaming. The network handles the load perfectly. A happy household is a great thing!

Happy streaming client
Left my old budget ISP because of aggressive throttling. Night and day difference with Urban Connect. Streaming doesn't buffer anymore and browsing is snappy. Really good value for money so far.

"Initially moved over just because the price was right, but the quality has kept me here. Had a question about my first invoice, dropped them a WhatsApp, and someone got back to me a few hours later with a clear breakdown. Speeds are great too."

Happy streaming client

Awesome Streaming
Hobbyist streamer here. Dropped frames used to be the bane of my existence. Since the switch, my upload has been rock solid. Not a single stream crash yet, and the low latency for my own gameplay is a nice bonus

I switched from an ISP that slowed my connection down every evening. Though the line migration took several days, I can genuinely see a noticeable improvement in ping. At last, I have a provider that doesn’t grind to a halt when it’s 7 PM.

Moving house can be stressful, but transferring the internet was easy. I requested relocation in advance, and the technician connected us on moving day. No issues since.
