SCAM!!!!!!
I have made an online purchase with them and soon as I paid they sent me a confirmation that my order is on its way. It has been a month now and after sending them numerous emails they still have not made any contact with me and I still have not received my order. It's like I never paid or ordered anything. Mind you it shoes that cost me R1200,00 (including delivery).

URBN ONLINE STORE IS A SCAM
Urbn store online is a scam, i bought from them 26/11/2020 and i never received by product. Their page closed down for maintenance as soon as Black Friday and ive noticed just recently there are back. I have written to them numerous emails requesting my money back but with no response

Urbn Store - SCAM
The Hood Store, Fashion Plug Mzansi and Urbn Store are run and operated by the same person. Apparently he runs multiple sites at the same time. Once he has scammed a few people, he changes the name and Domain of his eCommerce sites/stores so that he can scam the next batch of people. As we speak, Urbn closed down for maintenance as soon as Black Friday and Cyber Monday was over. I doubt that people received their products. He runs Shopify dropshipping courses and makes people pay between R1500 and R2500. His name is Sinalo Jongola. Facebook Handle: SI NA LO Twitter Handle: @Snyjah Instagram Handle: @Snyjah

So angry right now
I’m still waiting for my refund of R1600.00. A guy called Sandile Khumalo promise to refund my money back since September but still I haven’t received anything from them. I’ve realized that this dodgy company has changed the name from The Hoodstore to Urbn Store to confused people. I’ve send many emails, sms no one is responding. I also tried to call him but he is ignoring my calls. How long does these people keep on scamming people their hard earned money, this got to stop NOW!
