USPS has become useless....

I am still waiting for a letter that was shipped from Miami FL international to OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa.

IT HAS BEEN 38 DAYS AND MY TRACKING NUMBER ON YOUR WEBSITE STATUS STILL SHOWS IN TRANSIT?????

You are supposed to be a 1st world country shipping to a 3rd world destination - not the other way around!!! My South African customs and national post office tells me the parcel has not arrived in ZA as a destination at all.

Even with Covid last year I received parcels with the usual, acceptable delay, but this is just rediculous.

I have lost money due to your so called "first world competence" as the sender of my parcel refuses to reimburse my lost funds paid for your so called "First Class Shipping"

My business is losing money beacuse of USPS's incompetence.
