USA Spares sucks
I bought a door handle at this USA Spares in Van Der Hoff street. I went there 3 times with no joy. The first one was wrong went back with the original slip and it was exchanged with a wrong one. Returned it and I was asked to produce the original invoice which I had already misplaced. They would charge me R350 for a refund even when their product is marked. I produced my bank statement and they still refused. I was made to pay for another one at an escalated price. I am stuck with their extra handle..I got a very pathetic service to say the least.....

we apologies for the bad experience you had with us regarding the door handle. unfortunately you couldn't supply us with a sample of your door handle but still decided to take the handle for us knowing it could be different from yours.
Furthermore as stated on 2 big boards in the shop we can't accept any parts back without an original invoice of the parts.
We did offer to assist with a reprint but you decided to keep the handle instead. unfortunately this is our company rules and apologies for your inconvenience in any way.

07 Aug 2023, 16:05I was not allowed to go a see the car that was stripped. I know the car model, you guys supp**** the wrong handle twice. I cant pay R350 for a re-print. Its a rip-off. It wont end here, that's a promise. The correct handle was sold to me for an inflated price. The wrong one was R500,00 and I was made to pay R690 a day later. Howz that for a bad service. I am sitting here with a handle that I will never us in my live yet my hard earned money was taken by this dubious dearler. You dont even care about resolving the situation, all you care about was my money!!!
