Need ffc revoked
Post on they website regulations but can't even follow csos regulations, *******ly processing homeowners personal information, threatening people using attorneys that don't know what the hell even going on you ask them for documents can't even be produced. Lie at csos adjudication to the adjudicator. At adjudication process can't even behave professional. Try to *******ly stay in power of complex yet residents voted they don't want them

What A bunch of unprofessional and arrogant people
The attitude and service of their staff are disappointing, with poor communication and an evident lack of concern. I've never encountered such an unprofessional group in my life. The trustees who selected them reveal a lot about their judgment, as service seem completely absent.

What A bunch of unprofessional and arrogant people
The attitude and service of their staff are disappointing, with poor communication and an evident lack of concern. I've never encountered such an unprofessional group in my life. The trustees who selected them reveal a lot about their judgment, as service seem completely absent.

UTH = USELESS TOWNHOUSES
I am giving these Managing Agents 1 star, because there is no option for 0 stars. Extremely useless, unprofessional, and every other negative word you can find to describe them! I would discourage anyone from NOT using their services. They do not correspond or reply to queries and/or complaints, citing that they only take instructions from the Trustees. They also seem to favour dishonest Trustees over honest ones. Right from their PA, to Portfolio Manager to the head, they are all useless and full excuses at not giving any information, always pushing the buck on to another member of staff. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGING AGENTS, USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL. AS THEY SAY, PAY PEANUTS, GET ******S!!!!

Unlimited Townhouses worst managing agent in KZN
The worst managing agent in KZN by far. I would never recommend to any residential establishment. Pravesh and Jessica from UTH are simply not interested in resolving or responding to anything. UTH don't even bother responding to all the bad reviews received online. Now that should tell you how pathetic they are. UTH MUST FALL.

Unlimited Townhouses worst managing agent in KZN
The worst managing agent in KZN by far. I would never recommend to any residential establishment. Pravesh and Jessica from UTH are simply not interested in resolving or responding to anything. Completely incompetent - Do not use.
They don't respond to emails, they make excuses for everything, no-one takes accountability or responsibility to get things done. There is zero sense of urgency. You get bounced from person to person, each one promising to sort out the issue, and none of them actually doing so. If a negative star rating was possible, that is what I would have rated them.

Do not use UTH for your complex
If I could give them zero star I would. I have been dealing with them since the floods in April and have been receiving the most horrible service ever. We still waiting for financial statements in order to hold an AGM it's August nothing has come.
