Refusal to refund deposit

I would not recommend renting through INQB8 property rentals otherwise known as Uvest property management. Upon move out, I was charged a rediculous amount for things that they made up. Secondly, they are sending me from pillar to post about the remaining amount of the deposit. It's been two weeks going to 3 now and they have been promising to refund me. Worst mistake ever. They make sure they suck you dry, from cancelation fee to making up a quote charging you for absolutely nothing.
