The worst portfolio management company EVER!!!

Known as INQB8, this company is by far the worst company you could ever rent a property from. They are money hungry characters. The maintenance of their properties is of the worst quality. There was not a day that I didn't wake up every morning to a ****roach in the apartment that I rented from them. Ms Ferial Ismail and her brother Taariq are the worst. Not surprised that they keep everything in the family. Taariq has absolutely no respect or work ethic. Nisha, the residential admin girl, enjoys spending time stalking tenants on social media. The manner in which he speaks to women, is just intolerable. Don't ever lease a property that is listed under INQB8. They are quick to threaten, but completely incapable of delivering good service.
