Stay Away From Uysie De Klerk Properties
Uysie de Klerk are by far the most *********** and disrespectful “mickey mouse”agents I have the misfortune of dealing with. This people specialise in leasing out undesirable properties which they purport as being decent. They will threaten you when you decide to terminate the lease because your vehicle is vandalised by unruly hooligans. Walk away when you come across a property they’re offering,or you will suffer the irrecoverable consequences.

Stay Away From Uysie De Klerk Properties
Uysie de Klerk are by far the most *********** and disrespectful “mickey mouse”agents I have the misfortune of dealing with. Traumatized tenant
Very greedy and unprofessional. They don't care about the tenant's safety and health as far as the property they are renting out is concerned. They are ******. When you terminate the contract they demand money that's not in the agreement and are eager to trash your reputation with credit bureau.

Bogus deductions from Rental Deposit Refund
Uysie de Klerk Properties, Waterkloof, Pretoria - Will deduct any BOGUS amounts from your rental deposit on the day of refund. Water & Electricity - You pay extra 10days, after new tenet moved in. You'll pay for BOGUS gardening services. And if their handy man ( Hannes Naude ), breaks stuff- Yes, you will pay for the repairs of that also!!
