Sies, the worst Service even thinking of deleting it and go to Sasol. So I have the App and it happens that I forgot my bank card. Remembered that I have the App and card. Quickly checked and it showed that I had enough funds. Went and tried to purchase with it after confirming on the App that I had funds. Stand on a slow moving que, told to swipe and told that it declined cos of insufficient funds. But I checked and even showed the teller that the balance. So embarrassed and annoyed. I deleting my account and boycotting them for until further notice

I’ve always dreaded to register because I’d have to get a physical card but thanks to the V+ Rewards App, I can use my virtual card and not have to worry too much about carrying too many cards! Quick and easy registration too.

The thing about customer service is people hardly call in to tell you about good news! I think that’s why most people don’t handle us customers so well, I was refreshingly surprised by the attentiveness and care they had for my query, I was treated like the only customer and they helped me to the fullest! I’ll forever be loyal just based on your care for customer satisfaction!

The thing about customer service is people hardly call in to tell you about good news! I think that’s why most people don’t handle us customers so well, I was refreshingly surprised by the attentiveness and care they had for my query, I was treated like the only customer and they helped me to the fullest! This is a shame , the call center is just useless , the hang up on clients. spoke to thando or Thabo is one of the useless people that i have ever spoken to , very slow and that person he asked my name like 8 times this also applies to my phone number he asked for it like 12 times , yet I'm loosing airtime. i places my first call on 6 November 2024 @12.16 hrs , the lady was so rude , she made me hold the call and never transferred the call 10 minutes later she hangs up while I'm holding and she kept on saying she is waiting for supervisor. lost 10 mis of my life. Then i places another call on the same date at12.26pm omw that guy was slow , and useless and helpless. this was the worst experience ever in my life
