I just want to say. Thank you you guys are awesome!!!! I have never had any issues with you over this almost 5years that we have been with you! Especially thanks to Marika at the service department for helping us with our fibre issue this whole week you are a Star and a True Genius!!!! I am really really thankful!

First all was well until before change to Wedo wifi, trust me everything went sour from poor service to false billing. They stopped responding to emails after I queried my contract expiry the consultant said September 2025 whilst I am no longer within the contract. I have never received such a bad service from a company in my entire years. 😭😭😭

been with them for many years and suddenly problem after problems first one was no internet and they told me it was the dish , paid for so called new dish but tech never took one out of box or even plastic bag after poor speed and no internet for over a month i canceled my service ! asked them if they want to buy their "new" dish back and was rudely told they dont want it

Ek is uiters teleurgestel in die swak kliënte diens. Hulle is onprofessioneel. My debiet order moes die 5de Julie afgaan, maar het nie. Die 8ste Julie betaal ek via EFT. Die 12de Julie word ek per Whatsapp ingelig dat my debiet order nie af gegaan het nie waarna ek toe bewys van betaling aan gestuur het. Geen terugvoer, slegs wifi gesny. Maandag 15 Julie vra ek vir opvolg in verband met my betaling, na geen terugvoer weereens bel my man hulle. Wifi is af gesny omdat ons nog nie die gelde betaal het vir die skuif van ons toerusting nie. So nou moet ek my Julie maand se wifi geld betaal, maar geen wifi ontvang nie omdat ek ander geld skuld. Dan kan hulle mos nou maar die wifi af los en die geld wat ek betaal het vat vir die uitstaande gelde want ek het in elk geval nie wifi nie. Die debiet order bedrag was ook net vir my maandelikse wifi gebruik en nie die totale uitstaande bedrag nie. Hulle kan hulle goed kom vat, ek sal nooit in my lewe weer local wifi vers******s gebruik nie.

Hulle kan hulle goed kom vat, ek sal nooit in my lewe weer local wifi vers******s gebruik nie.

I would like to recommend Vaal Networking whenever you need to change to a new Network Provider. Their service was professional and the installation fast. A special thanks to the two technicians (Johnny and Bart), for their assistance.

Vaal Networking switched off our internet without notifying us. When we contacted them to have a look because we assumed there was some sort of issue only then they informed us we apparently are due on our monthly installment. Upon investigation it was noticed we in fact have been paying 2 months in advance for quite a while. They did not even have the decency to apologize, just switched the internet back on after we sent them bank statements. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Will not recommend.
