I cancelled my membership last year june my membership no is 999816 to this day they haven't canceled it they are busy telling me they didn't receive email. I emailed to the wrong person I want out of this company I want nothing to do with them now they are saying I owe over R8000, u dont want to cancel my membership so they better pay for it it's a big scam

I'd like to advise people that their service is very bad n the website not working. I emailed them to cancel my subscription last year already due to the fact that I wasn't able claim to claim my free holiday voucher as the website wasn't working n then when I called them they told me it has expired due to me not claiming it. They then told me it's cancelled but still every month debited my account. I again called in spoke to someone this year he said within two weeks they will send my voucher n I shouldn't worry it still reflects n I said I want to cancel he advised me not to cancel until I received my voucher then after that he will cancel 2 months later still not received anything. In the meantime they still debiting my account. Then us stopped last month n then all of a sudden this month they debiting again! I need help please however I cancelled the debit order with my bank

After cancelling my subscription in July already, a monthly payment is still being deducted from my account for October. Highly unorganized, when you phone, this one is on leave, the manager is on another call and can't speak to you, excuses excuses excuses!!!!!!!!

Vacation zone / new site is first loyalty plus, they suck, no feedback regarding a cancellation of my subscription that I requested last month (august/September 2019) already they are a real rip off that are looking to steal members money. I would love one of them to contact and help me but they are incompetent. please watch out for them, only solution is to go to your bank to change your credit card details they have because they don't remove it from their systems. real rip offs, always busy with a new excuse, tired off them.

Do not sign up with this organisation. They will never let you go, they will send you from pillar to post if you want to sign out. Their consultant, Lungelo Sithole will respond to your email regarding cancellation, to tell you to call their customer line. When you call their customer line, the same consultant will respond and try to convince you to stay. He will then ask you to send an email with your details. A few weeks later when you check if the membership has been stopped and your account won't be debited, the same gentleman will suddenly feign amnesia and advice you start the whole process again. All I want is for this organisation to remove me from their membership and stop debiting my account.

I am trying to cancel my vaczone subscription for more than a week now .. was sent an email that someone will contact me.. no one has contacted me since. Dont find the deals to be good enough to me.. now when it's time to cancel ... they dont contact you.
