I was travelling to George, from Pretoria, for a long weekend. There was a funny noise coming from the right front wheel. Seeing that my car is a 2005 VW Polo without a sevice plan, I visited VAGSPEC Garden Route. Candice Wilke, the Sevice Advisor, greeted me and ask if she could help. I told her what was wrong and she told me what she thought. She then spoke to Nelius van Eeden, the GM, and he confirmd what she suspected. After checking the car I was given a quotation by the Service Advisor. They also informed me that they will make a space for me to do the repairs. That was Thursday around 10h00, I received my car that afternoon at 18h00. Excellent and friendly service!
