Unprofessional service from Mr Essack. I booked the Easter weekend at Dikhololo through Mr Essack but due to lockdown it had to be postponed. As I fully understand it is neither Mr Essack or my fault that lockdown was enforced I asked if we can reach a mutual agreement to accommodate one another on a booking or my monies to be refunded. Mr Essack advertised a long weekend for the 25-28 September at Dikhololo on his page as well as on whatsapp, I requested to book the weekend which he agreed on but to my surprise when he sent the confirmation it was booked for a weekend of the 9-12 October 2020 when I enquired as to why the date has changed he response was the following “ Het ek lockdown in die wêreld lat bring???? Hkm moan geen van my ander kliënte wat 7999 betaal het ook vir die 10 tot 13 Maart maar hulle aanvaar ander datums met die selfde betaling selfde bedrag
Kla by Ramaphosa oor die pas naweek hkm het hy dit lat gebeur!!!!“ Which I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful. I cannot accept a weekend which was advertised for R3500 whereby I paid R5900 for a Easter weekend.
