On multiple occasions, parcels for the Makro seller in Meyerton have not been collected as agreed.
This matter has been discussed directly with the branch manager, however the poor service continues. Staff consistently apologise, but the same failures are repeated. Pickups are missed, commitments are not honoured, and no reasonable or reliable collection arrangement is maintained.
The ongoing lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable and is negatively affecting our operations. Apologies without corrective action are no longer sufficient.
This issue requires urgent intervention from top management to ensure that agreed pickup schedules are honoured and that service standards are enforced.
Please confirm what corrective steps will be taken to resolve this permanently.
