DO NOT BUY TRAILER FROM VAN ASWEGENS REFRIGERATION

Bought 1 trailer from these people. Zander sounded very friendly. Received the trailer, but the papers was not in order. Our company is about 340km from them. Also they did not even supply me with a temporary license, because they did not even put that unit through the test. When it got here the testing station said they trailer was not road worthy as is. We bought the materials ourselves and then send it again. That trailer was not legal on the road when I bought it from them??? Ok when I received the one trailer, I ordered another one. They said I could come and fetch the trailer, and when I got there the paperwork was not done. They did not know how a proxy letter work, can you believe. I could not wait because the company vehicles may not drive in night time. A Second time I tried to fetch the vehicle, but this time they took its wheels for another trailer. Again I could not wait, and drove back. I cancelled the trailer, and now I do not get my deposit back. You cannot speak to Zander, you are still speakiing with him, when he puts the phone down. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN TRY TO ORDER A TRAILER THROUGH THESE GUYS, WHAT A RIP OFF.!!
