I was contacted to settle my debt via the mandate debit order/debicheck
I was contacted to settle my debt via the mandate debit order/debicheck. This after I have been arranged by these attorneys, they contacted my workplace and shared my personal information with two of my colleagues. They could clearly tell me attorneys are trying to get a hold of me to arrange settling my old mutual loan ( how unprofessional and disregard to the POPIA rights I have) I eventually spoke to their attorney whereby I was told to approve the mandate on my banking app, after a struggle to approve their mandate I informed Boitumelo and Nelly I prefer visiting the nearest O/M branch to consult with them first, expressed my concerns to them about their legitimacy and made it clear I will visit old mutual this week. This morning I receive a bank notification that the mandate was registered and approved. I have given NO CONSENT and will pursue legal advice this is *****!

I am not happy with your service
I got a call from these people around February saying I owe old mutual around 8000 for my loan and we made an agreement to deduct 1000 every month,so I thought I would finish paying this month end of October now they say I owe R2500 from my loan I don't understand how , they didn't even send me statements I had to call and ask for my statement

Crooks
These people are crooks they’re going robbing people that are innocent and clueless but in need for financial support or assistance They took Percy Boitumelo Sikwe money from 2011 to 2015 taking the amount of 600 saying they’re consolidating my debts and they will take care of the debts when they take that money every month my debts will be paid to his surprise those companies that he owned that they will pay are now contacting him that his outstanding credit is still due it means these people never paid anything when you contact them they keep saying they will get back to you but nothing even moved their office from where it was

Diens is TOPS!!
Het die beste diens ontvang en is verseker die moeite werd om die pad saam met Yolanda en haar span saam te stap. Jy sal nie spyt wees nie. Sy is 'n fantastiese Prokureur wanneer dit kom by egskeiding en familie reg. Ek beveel haar sterkt aan. Vreeslik dankie. Ek sal jou verseker weer kontak indien dit nodig is.

Garnish
I was garnished for a loan from 2013, been paying the amount of 300 until last October when I thought im done the garnish came back with the balance of 1300 again. It seems as if I'm starting all over again

settlement letter
In 2013 February I was garnisheed by Van De Merwe Attorneys on behalf of African Bank. Now when I want a clearance letter they are telling that they closed the case in 2015, when I contacted African Bank they told me that on that account I still owe them R4058. These Attorneys are refusing to tell me what happened with the money they deducted, they advised me to pay what African Bank wants from me.

In 2013 February I was garnisheed by Van De Merwe Attorneys on behalf of African Bank. Now when I want a clearance letter they are telling that they closed the case in 2015, when I contacted African Bank they told me that on that account I still owe them R4058. These Attorneys are refusing to tell me what happened with the money they deducted, they advised me to pay what African Bank wants from me.

GARNISHEE ORDER
I have 3 accounts with african bank but 2 of them are garnished from different attorneys.This one was submited to Van Der Merwe at Boksburg to garnish the account.theis account is listed on credit bearue as non-payer.so i would like van der merwe and associates to explain as to why am i blacklisted of which the account is garnished from my salary it doesnt have arrears? Why their contact details supplied to my compmay for garnish order are not working as we cant get hold of them?but emails were sent and no 1 is responding to them.<br> hello Peter please assit me by requesting Van Der Merwe and associates to remove my name as blacklisted as non-payer as it is unfair to do that because the account is been paid on a monthly basis in garnishee order way since 2012. I was garnished for R5651.61 but on credit beaurue they say the account is in arrears of which it is up to date.all this African bank account depresssed me as i cannot get credit for my son bursaries or study loans because of their blacklisting my name for any reason as the accounts are garnished and they are paid on a monthly basisi.<br> Hello Peter you assistance will be highly apprciated.
