****** treat at a medical institution

I took my daughter (black girl) for a 18 months old immunization and was assisted harshly by nurse Naude (elderly white woman), very mean went as far as saying my daughter's hair is ugly, i fail to understand why does she have to go below belt by teasing a toddler, an 18 month old toddler, i am fuming with anger and i want her shamed, she was ****** and mean...such cruelty should be condemned
