I have been following Vannie Kaap long before it became a company and I only have good things to say about them. The products are of outstanding quality, as is their customer service. When ordering online, they keep you informed of the progress of your order. Should you have a query, they reply in a timeous manner and follow up on their promises. They are very approachable and reasonable and it is such a pleasure doing business with them. They are original, authentic and fun-filled, but remain professional. I have so much respect for the road this company has travelled to get to where they are today. Thank you for years of excellent service. I wish you all the best for the future and am proud to support Vannie Kaap.

The new changes that delivery will now take 2-5 days for orders outside Cape Town are true, as they have stated in their social media accounts. I placed an order on 15 March, my order was fulfilled on 20 March & I've just received it today (24 March). Geez! Thanks a lot to Vannie Kaap for hearing our grievances because the last time I bought online I received my parcel after a month. I applaud & appreciate this improvement in customer service. I placed an order on 15 March, my order was fulfilled on 20 March & I've just received it today (24 March). Geez! Thanks a lot to Vannie Kaap for hearing our grievances because the last time I bought online I received my parcel after a month. I applaud & appreciate this improvement in customer service. I placed my order and received confirmation of such on 16 November 2022. These were Christmas gifts for our family in Scotland. According to the write-ups, it was easier to have it delivered to them because the manufacturing happens in the UK. On 15 December I received an email from Vannie Kaap Trust you are well. Your order will be dispatched before Tuesday, at the lastest. We apologise for any delays and inconvenience caused. --- If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. It is now Friday 23 December and Vannie Kaap has ruined Christmas! What a horrible company. What a massive mistake ordering from them. I would have done better to get t-shirts and steal their bladdy prints and do it myself through a t-shirt print shop! What a waste of time. The first and last time I will EVER order from them. You ruined Christmas! Local is not Lekka! Horrible horrible people. My family in Scotland are now informed that you are useless and we are so sorry for even considering using you for our Christmas gift option.

I've placed orders with them before, this ia now the third order and I'm experiencing the same issue with them. There was a certain time period when you could place your order and receive it before Christmas, with i did and paid for it order nr: ORDER VK19777. I was at home whole day yesterday. No one came. They said they came but no one was home which is non-sense. They said the courier would come again yesterday - no one was here. After sending emails as to what is going on, no one bothers to reply. This is really very disappointing.

I have tried to contact them via their website email, online chat and their active Instagram and have received no response as to when my order will be shipped. They recently opened a pop-up store in Canal walk so what's good Vannie Kaap just communicate with your customers of there are going to be delays. At this point based off the other reviews I doubt I will receive my order this is really disappointing as I really want to support local brands.

Placed order on 27 November, received order confirmation and that my order would be shipped within 7-10days. Today is 13 December. I have tried to contact them via their website email, online chat and their active Instagram and have received no response as to when my order will be shipped. I've placed an order online on the 28th of November in the hope that as per their delivery promise it will get delivered within 5-7 days. To date i have not received any feedback from them, i've sent emails, msgd them on Fb and even tried messaging them via the chat option on their website but it's like im communicating with myself. All the telephone numbers i've called after googling for a contact number either goes straight to voicemail or just rings without answer. They were quick to accept the order and take my money and now it's like they couldnt care.

I made an online purchase on the 25th of Nov and have not received any updates with regards to my delivery. No responses whatsoever on the numerous emails, online messages or social media messages. The contact number does not exist and no stores anywhere in Cape Town where you can go and enquire about your order. This is daylight robbery and no one is doing anything about it. Placed my online order 25/10/2022 (14 days ago) and only received an email on the day that payment done and order confirmed. No other emails re shipment and I am STILL waiting on my order !! There is no contact number nothing...webiste has a contatc us page and email address which I emailed 3 times already and no reply!! VERY RIDICULOUS. And very disappointing ...one attempts to support local then get rippes off... this is stealing and I will take Vannie Kaap to court if i need to. Glad I did this small purchase first before attempting a few items for international delivery. Definitely will not do that!!
