Vape king online
Placed an order online. Received no feedback regarding delivery of order. Eventually got hold of them just to be told I have not paid and that they will ship it. Don't buy here, rather buy from Vaperite, much better service.

Be wary to buy here
I bought a vape at Vape King in Craighall, where I always bought my vapes. When I tried the vape, it was not working. I took it back. They said that they are not guaranteed. I said it was still brand new. They said they import 1000’s of them and they do have some that don’t work but they don’t guarantee that they would work. I paid R320.00 and lost my money and they lost an old customer. Be wary to buy from Vape King, you too may lose your money. Talk about being *********.

Be wary to buy here
I bought a vape at Vape King in Craighall, where I always bought my vapes. When I tried the vape, it was not working. I took it back. They said that they are not guaranteed. I said it was still brand new. They said they import 1000’s of them and they do have some that don’t work but they don’t guarantee that they would work. I paid R320.00 and lost my money and they lost an old customer. Be wary to buy from Vape King, you too may lose your money. Talk about being *********.

Couldn’t swap nasty unused vape juice
I went to the Elardus Park Vape king to buy juice. I tried a new brand and was able to test them first. I liked two and chose them based on the testers that I tried. I got home and opened one and immediately it smelled completely different from the tester and I put a little on my finger to try- think burnt crumbs of caramel sitting in a fire pit of ash with a touch of more ash- absolutely terrible. I went back to the store with my unused nasty bottle of “creamy caramel” to try and swap it as maybe it was a dud. First of all the lady helping at the front was great and also noticed the stark difference between the tester and what I had. She checked another bottle of the same brand and same thing- ash pit. The manager was called, and said I couldn’t swap the bottle just because I “didn’t like the flavour”. Sir, this tastes like someone put out a cigarette and waved some caramel near it. It’s not that I don’t like the flavour so much as it’s not what I was sold based on the testers. 0/10

VAPE KING ILLOVO - VERY BAD SERVICE & RUDE!!!!
I am a first time customer that spend R1 500 at VAPE KING ILLOVO. Two of the items included a Upends disposable vape (R280). The one vape was not pulling right and was not going off, it stayed on and the battery was getting hot. I called Vape King ILLOVO, spoke to Ian and he advised to bring it back and he will have a look at it and if it is bad, they will replace it. It's been a few days, spoke to the lady working at the shop who was extremely RUDE, behaved like she is doing me a favor every time i called. Always asking her to ask Ian to call me but i never received a call. She advised that they sent the vape to head office to get checked out and i have to just wait until the vape comes back. No turnaround time/SLA nothing, was just told to wait. When asked if Ian can return my call, i was advised that she will only be seeing him the weekend. I had to Spend R380 to buy a new vape at another vape shop because i have to just wait until they get the vape back. The service at Vape ILLOVO is extremely bad and the lady at that shop is extremely RUDE! This has been a very, very disappointing experience. I will definitely not refer anyone to VAPE KING ILLOVO nor will i spend any more money there.

Going the extra mile...
Good day to all. I would like to, once again, say a huge thank you to the Vape King team at head office and at the Atterbury Boulevard store. When dealing with Vape King, nothing is ever a problem. They are friendly, fast and VERY efficient!!! Thank you Jaco and Alex at the Atterbury store for all your help. I live in Cape Town and it is so hard to acquire the juice that I vape. In fact, its non existent. So a big shout out to the whole team from Vape King, u guys ALL deserve a raise!!!! Great customer service! Kind regards. Gerard Damstra

Watch out
i ordered a vape from vapeking.co.za 2 days ago as i am new to vape i did not know what was going on i charged it filled it with fluid but it did not want to take, i took it to someone who knows we did manage to get it working some before it stopped again and he said this device coil was burned out already, so simply they shipped me a device with a coil that was burned out

i ordered a vape from vapeking.co.za 2 days ago as i am new to vape i did not know what was going on i charged it filled it with fluid but it did not want to take, i took it to someone who knows we did manage to get it working some before it stopped again and he said this device coil was burned out already, so simply they shipped me a device with a coil that was burned out

Absolutely trash vape selling strategy
Asked for a disposable vape that could be replaced from anywhere. They sold me a vape that's their make and eco system. Have to either deliver from them or buy a spanking new kit. Cannot find a replacement and am forced to either buy pods from them or have it delivered. What a nightmare, I really HATE this type of e-commerce thinking
