I had placed an order with Vape Shop in December. To date I have not yet received my delivery. I was told that they have been bought over by Vape Rite but they cannot assist as they have not taken over the "online" sales. Then Vape Shop sent me an email 3 weeks ago advising that a credit will be processed but nothing has been done. I cannot get hold of them on any platform. No response on Facebook, no response on emails, no contact numbers. This is becoming so frustrating. They are such thieves to have taken our money and closed business leaving customers with no way of contacting them.

I had placed an order with Vape Shop in December. To date I have not yet received my delivery. I was told that they have been bought over by Vape Rite but they cannot assist as they have not taken over the "online" sales. Then Vape Shop sent me an email 3 weeks ago advising that a credit will be processed but nothing has been done. I cannot get hold of them on any platform. No response on Facebook, no response on emails, no contact numbers. This is becoming so frustrating. They are such thieves to have taken our money and closed business leaving customers with no way of contacting them.

We are very dissatisfied with the Vape Shop in Cape Gate...and especially the service related to the Smok RPM40. We kept on supporting the store by buying the same device every single time and can thus be described as very loyal customers. But the device is not faulty AGAIN and it is impossible to get hold of anybody to assist - we stay in Wellington and have to travel to Brackenfell. We expect The Vape Shop to urgently reply to the missed calls and to rectify this situation as loyal customers should be kept during these trying economic times. Our entire history of supporting this store is available on their online system under Glen Perold.

I resorted to Hello Peter thinking it might make a difference or get some response from Vape Shop but reading through other customer's complaints made me realise that I will not get any. I also see no point explaining my story. Long story short, for those reading this; DO NOT BUY FROM VAPESHOP ONLINE. No confirmation, No response, No feedback and No delivery!!!! Products are great, customer service SUCK!!!!

Placed order 3 weeks ago for pods, no decent info on the pods,so ordered the wrong once, I realised it immediately and canceled the same day. On my account it states refund but no refund was given. After nearly 3 weeks of back and forth emails from Daneila and Nicole promissing refund and asking bank details, POP, and even said the matter is at the financial dep for refund and will refund soon.. Well I'm still waiting for my refund, and nobody answers the fone the only handle online request because all shops is closed, this was the explanation given on fb. Very disappointing service if I can call it that.. quick to take but not so responsive to return. Why should I beg for my own money. And on the reviews on Hellopeter it seems like Im not the only disappointing customer!

Order on line from vape shop, my parcel was delivered to wrong address, they won't reply on my email I sent 4 times already, you can't phone them. I don't know if or how I am getting my money back, very disappointed, very bad service

I placed an online order and was called on Friday 26th to advise the 1 item was not in stock however a credit would be allocated to my account - still not done. why do i as the client have to beg for this. i have emailed 4 times and called more times than i can count but nobody bothers to answer. I now no longer wish for a store credit i want my money reimbursed to my account so that i can go to someone who actually cares about me as a customer. This is absolutely disgusting service. Quick to take my money and my order but not so great on after sale service. Can honestly say i will no longer be a customer of vapeshop.co.za
