I Had a horrible experience with one of their sales agents there. He had headsets on and I was simply trying to get he’s attention and he decided to be rude and answer me like ****. Personally I don’t think he deserve to be at a front desk job he is too ****y. I didn’t even listen to him and walked out. I will not go back to that store based on this incident. I was friendly having a good day and this idiot with ****ty response ****ed it up and ruined my morning.

Disgusting service from Craig at Vapers Corner. Placed an order on Sunday 17/12/2023 and didn't receive any confirmation of purchase and no tracking information for my parcel. Haven't received my parcel and it's now 21/12/2023. Been calling in since Tuesday to get assistance but the response I get from Vapers Corner, Craig in particular, is that it's not their responsibility. A very rude and arrogant person. Highly disappointed in Vapers Corner as I've been a customer of theirs since 2018, but this will be the last time I purchase anything from them. It might not affect their pockets, but nonetheless it's a customer less for them.

The aftercare sales at Vaper's Corner doesn't exist. After purchasing my Caliburn G2 pod system I was informed by the owner that there was a warranty on my pod. A part within my CALIBURN POD CARTRIDGE had broken off, and I was informed that it had broken due to negligence. Hehe, I had refilled the pod as I was trained by the assistant in the store. I was then informed that consumables were not covered by the warranty. I only had the pod for a couple of days. When I asked the owner why the main part of the pod was not under warranty, he had rudely told me that I should listen to the office assistant. I then asked what was the cost of the cartridge and was informed that it was R70 as posted on their website. When wanting to pay I was informed that the cartridge was R80. I had paid, when I was leaving the shop, the owner was very sarcastic and rude to me.

Vapers Corner - Kyalami Thank you for the friendly and insightful assistance. I cannot wait for my juice to run out, or my coils to burn, so I would a good excuse to visit the store again.

Absolutely Fantastic Staff at Kyalami Corner The guys know their Stuff and Extremely Helpful and Go that Extra Mile to Help with Anything you need Excellent Customer Care if an item is Faulty they take it Seriously and are the Only Vape Shop that Replace it on the Spot if it has a Problem and has been bought a few days prior Best Stockists of Juice and Gear - I Honestly give them 10 out of 5 Stars

I bought a smock alien from vapers corner on 25.08.2017. These items costs a lot of money. After the item broke less than 3 months the shop said yes it was a common fault but nothing was done to compensate me. I emailed them twice to explain my situation and asked to be directed to the appropriate person to discuss my issue with. I received no replies so far, it has been weeks. I am totally disappointed in their customer care. They seem not be interested at all in quality.
