Paid for an item over 1 month ago that I did not receive
Good morning I purchased a Mattress Vacuum Cleaner with UV-C Light & HEPA Filter from Vaposhine on Friday, 24 October 2025. I even received an Order Number 561443 but to this day I have not received my order. I have sent emails but it comes back as unsent or returned with address not found. Please can you assist. The monies has gone off my account as well. I don't know why they doing this to innocent people who are trying to make ends meet. The item was reasonable and that is the reason I purchased it. Little did I know that this was a ****. Please will you be able to assist me in trying to get my monies back from this company.

They said it is the best product for you home so that is why I bought it but I didn't received any thing from them
Good morning On the 28th of October I placed a Order for a Steampro Cleaner and I paid everything. I'm still waiting for the delivery but still nothing. I did send messages to them but still nothing from them I also send mails but still no reply from them. I do think it is a **** . So I demand and whant my Steampro Cleaner because I already paid for everything.
