If i can give a - review i definitely would. I left the car with them 09/02/2026 i fetched it on the 11/02/2026. I found dents on the car that i know for a fact that they were not there because i was recently trying to trade in the car so in the process of doing that pictures were taken but apart from that i know i didn’t scratch the car. I obviously told them and they gave me some story about my car having dents on it when i brought it in. I had been on a vacation i misplaced the paper. My car has dents in other places and i can account for them but this one was definitely created by them and they should have atleast told me but no one was held accountable. Leave your car at your risk. There are already so many reviews that are talking about how bad they are. I wish i had taken an opportunity to search for the reviews

Made use of VAPS several times (business and private). Dropped my car off on 29 December 2025 at OR Thambo. On my return on 6 January 2026 a telephone cable (a fixed feature) was taken out of my vehicle. On enquiry, I was told that I had to remove all valuables (fixed feature??) and should submit a complaint which I've done on the same day. I received no response, queried on 16 January, no response. Queried again on 19 January. Received a response to send a photo of the cable. Should I in future take photos of the engine, tyres, etc just in case I received only half of my vehicle back. I will not recommend VAPS to anyone. I will rather make use of another company in future. Please read all the reviews on Google before you make use of Valet Airport Parking Services - VAPS.

I used this service for the first time last week and when I collected my vehicle on Sunday 12th October, the cover to the compartment between the driver and passenger seats was broken. I showed this to the employee who brought me the vehicle and called the whatsapp contact of the company and they said they would get back to me. A day later they tell me that it was an old damage and that they they are also not responsible for interior damage!!! This business is the worst parking service ever and I will NEVER use them again!

Would give these guys zero stars, if this were possible. If you are reading this prior to using their services, you are far wiser than me. I regret not researching customer experiences with them beforehand. I left my car with them for only one night. There were no mechanical issues when I dropped the vehicle. When I picked it up, there was a drivetrain fault. Turned out to be a blown boost pipe -R9,000 part! Clearly, their people abused my vehicle. And to add insult to injury, property mysteriously walked out of my car. My reporting the issue to VAPS was met with the following: “ Good Afternoon Sir, feedback from Management is that we are not responsible for any mechanical issues especially not in and around the engine bay as we do not do anything mechanical to or with the vehicles. Enjoy your day further.” Never, ever patronage the services of these irresponsible ****s. It will be far more expensive than just paying for airport parking and a wash after you return.

I will never use VAPS again. I left our pickup with them from the 15th to the 18th of July. Unfortunately, I forgot four bottles of perfume inside the vehicle. When we got the pickup back, one full box of perfume was missing, and the other box had been opened, with the bottle gone. Yes, I do realise you’re not supposed to leave valuables in a vehicle—but still. I can’t believe someone would actually think it’s okay to take something that doesn’t belong to them. It’s basic decency and respect. To make matters worse, the person who returned the pickup had the audacity to say, “Yes, we cleaned your pickup nicely.” As if that somehow justified the theft. This was a complete breach of trust. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using VAPS. Keep your belongings safe—and maybe look for a company that values honesty and accountability.

When they returned my car at OR Tambo on 6th July 2025, the tank was empty, It smelled as though someone had slept in it, all the small change was missing and one of the wheel caps was gone.

They had my car for a week — I got it back dirty, with multiple new scratches (including deep ones on the bonnet and door), and a broken front sensor bracket. I dealt with Lizette Malan, one of the directors. She admitted fault and promised to cover the cost of repairs. We agreed she would pay for a valet and scratch buffing. I sent my banking details; she confirmed payment for June 15. It's now July 3 — no payment, and she’s ignoring all follow-ups. This company doesn’t have a social media presence, so when they ghost you, you're stuck. Do yourself a favor: Uber to the airport instead. Not worth the risk or the stress.

Never wil I ever again make use of VAPS Airport Parking. I parked my vehicle there from 04-08 June 2025 and on Saturday the 7th I recieved a massage saying that there was a slight accident and that my vehicle was scratched on the front bumper. Obviously I wasn't very happy about it. But my complaint is this. I got quotations to fix my vehicle for R7,700.00 with an accredited panel beater that wil do a good job. But VAPS wanted me to go and park my vehicle at the house in Kempton Park where it was stored and damaged and then they will take it somewhere to get fixed. I told the owners Lizette and Paul that I would prefer to take my vehicle there myself as I would like to see where and who will fix it. But they did not want me to see where the vehicle will be fixed. The owner Mr Paul send me a message saying that there is too much back and forth with getting my car fixed and that he will only pay out R2500.00 as per there terms and conditions. Leaving me to pay in R5000.00 out of my pocket if I would like to get my vehicle fixed. Bad Client Service !!!!
