Now that,s what i call service
As a plant manager i deal with breakdowns everyday and recently had a faulty drive that was no longer available, fortunately i got hold of the team at Varispeed and they sent a site agent to our site (320km away) the next morning. I was very surprised to have the person on site, promptly at 08h00. He not only fitted the drive, but helped us get it programed and intergrated into our system and stayed the whole day (18h00), not leaving till all was running well. Service like that you seldom find
