My account is under review because apparently there's something wrong with me depositing my own money from my bank account, buying cryptocurrency and withdrawing it. Can someone make it make sense please

Can't recover money
I am so disappointed and angry I withdrew money today and apparently they say I put the wrong address they can't recover my money I need my money seriously it's been 2nd f time they do this varl is ****
