I've done business with them at the start of this year. After promises of payment for the event they have yet to pay any of the fee. It was a formal invoice with a due date stated on it. I am sad to say I might never do business with them again for the lack of payment for the service provided.

I was a student came here for a transfer. I have to wait for an hour or so because all staff members are in a meeting busy talking about food. How can all staff Members be in a meeting and no one to help us. They put a useless receptionist who doesn't even know anything

Excellent service! Student representative Henno Smit went above and beyond. He kept us constantly informed and reassured us as parents throughout. We cannot wait for our son to start his university experience at Varsity College Pretoria.

I'm having an issue with Varsity College in Pretoria. I studied commercial law there in 2024, and my dad paid my tuition fees in full. Unfortunately, I failed all my modules, and the college owes me a refund for the prerequisite modules I didn't take. My mom and I visited the campus on the 3rd of March 2025, and we were told that only the payer (my dad) could claim the refund. After my mom contacted my dad, he spoke with Mrs. Chuene, and we were given a refund form to complete. We've emailed the form and supporting documents, but we haven't received the R12,000 refund yet. My dad has tried calling the college, but he's been put on hold, and we've had no communication from them. We're still waiting for our refund.

Finance department: Bad service, incompetence, unprofessional. Debit order are going through successfully every month for the last two years but I still receive annoying messages which I know they will say sorry it was a mistake.
