Wonderful experience, was with my daughter today and met a lady named Nonnie 🔥🔥 loved her and when she said ‘welcome home’ I could not resist but actually feel like that not to mention Lurian they made it worth and definitely my daughter will be studying there 🙏🏽 Nonnie and Lurian thank you for the wonderful experience ✨✨ kudos to you ❤️

It has honestly been the best and efficient experience, from providing me with information and additional sources that I struggle to find and helping me when it comes to referencing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and very eager to help. I think Hlayisanani understands the importance of customer service and he is very supportive, I did not feel dumb when he was helping me. I would recommend him for excellent service and helping.

Hello Peter, I am writing once again—this time with profound frustration and disappointment—regarding the incorrect “DNQ” and “FES” designations that Varsity College has unjustly app**** to my academic record. It has now been five full days since I first reached out to Varsity College, providing clear evidence that I formally deregistered in April 2021 with valid medical documentation well before the assessment period. Despite this, these failure-linked designations remain on my record, and I have received no response, no explanation, and no acknowledgment from Varsity College. This silence is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. It leaves me with no choice but to question the integrity of Varsity College’s administration and its commitment to fairness and transparency. The wrongful labeling of my academic status is having real and damaging consequences: it is severely harming my reputation and destroying my prospects in a highly competitive job market. Employers have flagged these false marks as red flags, and I am unfairly branded as having failed assessments I never attended. I am deeply frustrated and angry that, despite repeated requests, Varsity College has ignored my legitimate concerns and failed to correct these gross inaccuracies. This lack of accountability and basic communication is unacceptable. As of now, I am escalating this matter to the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) for immediate intervention. I expect DHET and related bodies to investigate Varsity College’s handling of my case, the apparent procedural failures, and the damage caused to students like myself. Please consider this my final notice. I am no longer willing to wait for a response from Varsity College. I am taking all necessary steps to protect my academic record and professional future. Boikutlo's service was phenomenal. She ensured and promised that she will resolve my query and she did. She communicated with me throughout the process, to give me updates regarding my query. Her work ethic is incredible, she has never disappointed me and she always delivers. I am mostly and overly satisfied with how fast she was able to resolve my matter. She walked me throughout the entire process of the query. She is determined and knows what she is doing. We need more people like her indeed.

I called customer relations in order seek help with an issue, the first call was answered and I was told I was going to get transferred but it hung up so I called again more than 3 times and when I answered I was told by an operator that the customer relations person doesn’t not want my call to be transferred to her. Im very disappointed how the customer relations person handled the situation, but I’m glad the operator found someone else to help me

I had an unpleasant experience regarding both my application and registration. The student advisor I got had all my information needed for application only to find out when I go to campus that my application process was actually incomplete. The ladies at the registration room are very unwelcoming, unprofessional and they also lack confidentiality. They just talk about your information across the room so they could collectively find a solution to the problem you have, as if they were not trained for what they are doing. Specifically the one who was “assisting” me I think her name is Lesedi, It’s like she was forced to help me. I ended up having to complete both my registration and my application on my own without help from anyone.
