Bad bad slow service

Not happy with the service, firstly I didn't even know I was talking to a 3rd party, I was under the impression that it's an mtn consultant My Application for puone contract was approved but today aa I keep calling mtn, I'm just learning that my application is still "open" so unprofessional, after this many days, they still haven't dispatched my phone, worst service It shouldn't take a week for yall to atleast dispatch
