I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the services provided by LoanFix. Despite paying R2,700 monthly from December 2023 to June 2024 (totaling R16,200), you failed to settle my consolidated debts as agreed.

After canceling my contract, you continued to deduct funds without authorization. I've sent multiple emails requesting resolution, but received no response.
