VDS Mounties worst courtier service

I’ve never felt such rejection on my money. Last week I sign up for iphone14promax with mondo. Firstly they put a wrong contact number, when I enquired with dvs couriers when I would get my parcel they told me they wanted to deliver last Thursday but couldn’t cause the number was for Wi-Fi and I would need to call them using it. I did after being passed from agent to agent I was told I would get it today. I didn’t the courier said he called me twice in a space of six minutes and after that he decided to leave. DVS spent more than two hours trying to get hold of him. I was transferred to a line manager who said he would try and get the parcel to me today. Then passed me on, the agent said the only people who can get the couriers to deliver I call mondo I get told there are no managers available and they’d be happy to cancel the contract. Within 2 minutes it was canceled so all I went through was for play after buying R1000 worth of accessories for the phone
