No good recruitment agency

I was recruited and placed in a position by Vees recruitment agency, temp position that turned out sour from day 1, recruitment agent ddnt follow up once, I was not given a contract for position or duration thereof, no payslips, required to work 7 days a week including public holidays, no overtime was paid and now I am given a bad reference by the employer as I raised all these questions prior to leaving.

Agent does not back me up or take up these concerns with his client instead tells me to move on with my life.
