DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAM COMPANY
This company has adequate me pay 5600 for bedding. I begged for months for my goods and did not receive. Someone really needs to catch these people. I received 4 bedding out of 13 after I wrote on their website. They begged me to take it down. They need to be shut down and peoples money paid back.

I have purchased duvets from Vefa Innovations and have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now. I have booked courier 3 times on my cost and everytime I loose my courier money due to some or other reason that my goods are not ready for pickup. The owner Mehmet Dag has an excuse every week to why my goods cannot be picked up. This is ridiculous to say the least. No person orders and pays for items that you want to wait for 3 weeks for.

Scammers
This bedding company needs to be shut down. It scams their online customers. I ordered via their whatsapp group, paid the money for 9 items. They claimed courier the goods bought, asked for proof and to date nothing. I asked for a refund, they blocked me. I posted on their Facebook the blocked. I call they dont pick up.

Orders not fulfilled
They are liars. Never fulfil orders. I wish i never paid my money. A month later is have received nothing. Dont buy from them.

Fraudsters | worst customer service experience | False advertising
Vefa Holdings advertises bedding on Facebook I placed an order via whats app on the 25th September 2021 and asked them for an invoice. The invoice has no information at all no address no company details and no banking details. I made the payment to the banking details provided and a few days the beading was delivered, everything crammed in to 3 bags but I was charged delivery fee for 7 items. The bedding that I received looked nothing like the beading in the adverti*****t pictures. Two of the quilt blankets were not even what I ordered they just gave me any 2. I order 4 king size comforters and I received duvet covers the duvet covers is for a double bed not a king size bed. I contacted them via whatsap to advise the order is incorrect and that I want to return the goods I was told the folowing: [16:07, 04/10/2021]: We did send right sizes if you not happy send back with your own cost [16:07, 04/10/2021]: Thank you [16:07, 04/10/2021]: Stop harrasing us [16:07, 04/10/2021]: Otherwise we have no choice to block you Moments latter I was blocked from whatsapp, I attempted calling him 3 times but no answer. My husband called the same number and got hold of the guy and the guy was very rude to him and put the phone down. I got numerous people to send messages on whatsapp and Facebook but they to got blocked. The bedding in the adds loo beautiful but what they send you is rubbish ! Rather go but your bedding somewhere else they are not reliable and very rude as a customer I have never been treated this bad, I offed to send the stuff back just for a refund and was blocked. I have no use for the bedding they sent me as do not own a double bed. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Not getting any response and got blocked
This company is not trust able I ordered 2 bedding sets for a client The client received the wrong bedding sets as well as the wrong sizes I asked more than once what they are going to do without getting much of a response , when i got a bit more unhappy and said that i want an answer or i will send a message to all the numbers of Vefa i can get i got blocked and removed from the groups

This company is a SCAM! I ordered 3x Queen size Duvet covers from Mehmet for my client and my order only arrived 2 months later! When my order arrived, the bedding was too small for my Queen size beds even though i ordered Queen sizes! My client called the Customer Service department and spoke to someone called Johan, he told her that they did not receive the right measurements but Mehmet never asked me for measurements! The sizes only came in QUEEN or king size hence i ordered QUEEN. The customer service department dropped the call in my clients ear after being so RUDE! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! They refuse to Refund or give us the correct Duvet covers. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
