THE BUSINESS OF RED TAPE! If you've been thinking that Customer Service no longer, in South Africa, EXISTS.....? Quite correct, when you as the paying customer is taken for granted and given less than desirable appalling service, an everyday experience now, accepting this intolerable treatment (you paid for with hard earned money!) and usually NOT complaining because it's accepted as the way business is done.......? WELL, YOU'RE IN FOR A GREAT, WONDERFUL, UNBELIEVABLE SURPRISE!!!! BUT RED TAPE THE BUSINESS!!!, For all "red tape" Compliance of vehicles, and much, much more. It's exactly NOT what you get when dealing with this phenomenal BUSINESS owned by Steve Johnson called RED TAPE Vehicle Compliance!!! I'm BIG on great service delivery as a customer AND I complain if justified, and it usually is, BUT I am just as quick to COMPLIMENT WHEN SERVICE EXCELLENCE IS THE ONLY WAY KNOWN of a business! My recent dealings with RED TAPE are off the scale for PROFESSIONAL SERVICE EXCELLENCE! The service provided was EXCEPTIONAL, HASSLE FREE, AMAZING, COULDN'T BELIEVE, WONDERFUL, OUT OF THIS WORLD and, oh, soo unexpected from the usually accepted tardiness of businesses in general!! I'd use the services again, even if I didn't need them, just to again EXPERIENCE THAT QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE! An 11/10 business.
