What amazing service!!!! Yes they did not have stock when I placed my order and paid, but they made sure they received the stock I was looking for and got it ready and shipped to me in no time. What amazing service!!!! Yes they did not have stock when I placed my order and paid, but they made sure they received the stock I was looking for and got it ready and shipped to me in no time. I hope people read this before they order from Veldskoen. Worst experience in a long time. They take your money immediately, but then they do not have stock. Drove to their offices to give the shoes back, as there is no other way to communicate with them. And that was a challenge as well. Terrible support and the people just don't care at all!

Never in my life are you not able to reach a company telephonically. Was told that they moved and the website would be updated as they have received stock. When sending mails, just promises and no further feedback. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service. They prefer to take your money, to get a refund is close to impossible. Communication is all over the show. Takes phone calls occasionally by accident Email responses takes weeks sometimes. Please be very careful when supporting them.

Ordered online 28/06, stock available according to the website. Then on 04/07, I contacted the to followup, only to be informed that one of the shoes are not in stock anymore. So I asked for a refund, 18 days later, nothing. They dont respond to emails, and they also bassicaly switched of any other lines of communication.

Placed an order with them. Yesterday I received a notification that my order has shipped. Only today to see a note that, the couriers can't locater them to pickup the parcel. Phoned them, only to hear...oh yes they moved and they forgot to update their address with the courier company. Asked them so what would have happened if I did not phone (getting hold of them is a mission in itself), he just said he doesn't know

Terrible customer service having a really bad experience with a return . First the boots are very tight and uncomfortable on the ankles, they look beautiful on the website but not comfortable at all . On their website there is no option for a refund when processing the return and I raised that with them . Which they told me to simply put in the comments that is a refund . 3 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund and to my surprise yesterday they sent the same shoes back! Same color and same size … didn’t even bother to check what was wrong or why are they returning the same shoes . I didn’t accept the delivery and they told me they can’t process my refund until the shoes are back with them. The shoes I didn’t ask to send back , they shoes that I paid a return deliver that they already received

After signing up to receive Veldskoen marketing material, I received a campaign launching their Traveller Boots with Briana Evigan and an offer to purchase via a click thru. I ordered a pair of the boots on the 2nd April and paid with a gift voucher. My order was confirmed on the same day. A month later, I have yet to receive my boots. WhatsApp messages and emails have been ignored. I spoke to a customer service agent who informed me the company doesn't even have the leather to make the boots. She asked me to send through another email for her to forward to the owners as I didn't want a refund or a different style, I wanted what I'd ordered and paid for. I've not heard from the company since.
