Bad service, i want my money back

I have paid for my 2 pairs of shoes on the 10th of September, till today i have not received my shoes. After several calls and messages i was told to send my account details so that they can refund me which i did on the 22nd of October. And they said it will take them 5 to 7 working days to refund me. But still waiting today. I only get blue tick on what. I have been patient enough. Please help me so that i can get my money back. Thank you Violet
