******. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE. AFTER SALES IS NON EXCISTENT. WAS PROMISED A SERVICE BOOK( GOT PROOF ON PAPER) ON DELIVERY WINDOW SWITCH BROKE. TOLD ME NO PROBLEM ONCE AGAIN GOT PROOF. BUSY WITH LEGAL ACTION. OMBUDSMAN IS THE ONLY REMEDY FOR THESE PEOPLE. GO READ REST OF REVIEWS. YOU GET INSIDE DEALERSHIP ALL THESE POSTERS AND AND WORDS GUY EVEN TOLD ME THEY SO FOR GOD ETC. BUNCH OF HYPOCRITES. I CANT WAIT TO SEE OWNERS FACE WHEN A BOMBHITS GUYS ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY YOU WILL THANK ME IN LONG RUN. DONT BE FOOLED WIGH FANCY CARS ON SHOWROOM FLOOR. *****S

Dishonest in Claremont
We are beyond disappointed with Velocity cars. We bought a Mazda bakkie in November 2024. This has been the worst buying mission I have ever undertook. Staff changes means nothing to the dealer principal. The service has been beyond pathetic we have ever experienced from any trading company. We do not have a service book, Cape Town license plates and spare set of keys. We bought a maintenance warranty on the premise that the service is up to date. I do not know if we have a ****** vehicle as the level of service competence is beyond desperation. They do not return calls and it is impossible to speak to the dealer principal. Do not touch them - they are dishonest! Shady is a word I am using!!

Please make sure before u buy a vehicle from Velocityx
DO NOT BUY from Velocityx Cars – Horrible Experience I am writing to warn potential buyers about my terrible experience with Velocityx Cars, specifically with sales representative Jayde Fortuin. I purchased a vehicle from them in December 2024. Mr. Fortuin assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition. However, upon receiving the car, I immediately noticed several serious issues: * **Missing Documentation:** The vehicle lacked both the owner's manual and any history records. * **Malfunctioning Features:** The wipers did not operate correctly, the air conditioning was not working, and the car had been resprayed. * **Accident Damage:** The vehicle had been in an accident, and the suspension or wheel alignment (cambers) were damaged, causing the car to pull to one side. These issues, and others I unfortunately haven't listed, seriously compromised the vehicle's condition. My purchase was clearly a *****ulent sale. I have lodged a complaint with the Motor Ombudsman and will update this post with the outcome. **In short, I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Velocityx Cars.** Thoroughly inspect any vehicle before committing to a purchase to avoid a similar situation. I won't even recommend people to them.

Worst Dealership Ever
I bought a vehicle from this company.Please do not go near Velocity Cars.Their after service are appalling and they are full of empty promises when fixing your vehicle afterwards.I booked my vehicle in for after sales repairs.The first time they booked in the vehicle it stayed for days after the vehicle I bought was sent very dirty to me on delivery and other issues.I sent it back again for second time.They were not aware that I have installed a tracker on the vehicle and my vehicle were then seen driving all over to places till late at night for private excursions.When confronting Ismail he denied it after I told him I have proof as per my tracker device.They dropped the vehicle without diesel afterwards and I was not even sure if I could reach the garage when delivered the 2nd time.They also sets times when the vehicle will be delivered and come hours later without explanation or any form of apology.They had to fix a schock that was reported right from the start and I am still waiting.They keep making excuses after excuses.My fellow South Africans, please stay away from this dealership.They are not keeping their word on promises and do not care about long term relationships.They are in it for a fast buc and afterwards you will be forgotten and they make it seem like they are doing you a favour when after service are required.They are ****s and cannot be trusted.Do not buy from them.I am still waiting after 2 months.Ismail is a **** and he keeps on extending and say their workshop is full.

Excellent Service Velocity Cars Claremont
Beautiful cars and excellent service. From point of contact to delivery of vehicle the owner and staff delivered top notch service. Would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle and sales experience that is 5 star worthy. The owner personally communicated with me and assisted me when other dealers were not able to.

Excellent Service Velocity Cars Claremont
Beautiful cars and excellent service. From point of contact to delivery of vehicle the owner and staff delivered top notch service. Would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle and sales experience that is 5 star worthy.
