Poor after sale service

Not happy with the experience at all slow (if any) response from the so called service support I have the machine for 1 week now and its been ofline for 4 days. Even after contacting my agent and the service team no success. The machine itself was not cheep and the card reader that does not work on top of that it becomes an expensive joke. Will 100% not recommend Nayax and will think twice before using Vending solutions again.
