Unfriendly Call Centre Staff, Amazing technicians.

I have always had such good service from Venditor Konica Minolta, but lately, it seems that the staff in the call centre have become very rude. Unfriendly and not very helpful when it comes to logging a call. In the same message, I would like to thank Jaco and Ruan for the outstanding service they keep providing. They are truly the only reason we still use Venditor Konica Minolta!
